The Alcove Syndicate is an 8-acre lake that used to be a day ticket fishery but is now privately owned and run as a syndicate. It can be found next to the River Ivel and just near the town of Shefford.
The new owners really want to create more than just a fishery here. They want it to be a place where you can totally relax, forget about work and all your worries and just relax in lovely peaceful surroundings and catch plenty of fish with like-minded people,
The carp in here are big with carp to 30lb as well as a good stock of bream, pike and silverfish.
