Fishery Information
Situated on the idyllic Horsham Road, Steyning, West Sussex, this family-run fishery consists of 3 ponds: Dave’s Pond, Corsican Pond and Island Pond.
Dave’s Pond has disabled access with hard stand parking. On the other hand, Corsican Pond has 15 pegs. The third one, Island Pond, has 26 pegs. These waters are home to carp to 38 lbs. 8 oz., tench to 10 lbs., perch to 5 lbs. 10 oz, roach to 3 lbs., rudd and orfe.
Established for 30 years, Alderwood Ponds operate on a day and night ticket basis, so they do not do yearly memberships or matches. Tickets are available from the bailiff on the bank.
Please note that night fishing requires prior booking.
This is a dog-friendly fishery, but there is a limit of 2 dogs per visitor.

There are 2 camping fields on site, one has electric hookups and the other is ideal for tents or non-hookup caravans/small campers. Both have drinking water tap supply. Other facilities include flush toilet, waste disposal, coin-operated shower, fishing shelters with reserved swim and allocated swims for disabled anglers.

Hard stand parking is available on site.
