Fishery Information
Known locally as Snitterfield Fruit Farm, Arden Lakes is a 24-acre fishery comprising 6 lakes. All lakes are served by a large car park at the end of the access drive and are home to carp to over 20 lbs, bream to 4 lbs, roach and perch to 2 lbs 8 oz, tench to 4 lbs and crucians. Day tickets are available from the bailiff on the banks.

Carp go to over 20 lbs, bream to 4 lbs, roach and perch to 2 lbs 8 oz and tench to 4 lbs.
What tactics work well?
Pole fishing, waggler fishing and feeder tactics work well on Alistair’s Bridge.
Feeder fishing and float fishing work well on Archer’s Pool during summer. Most baits work well on this water including, maggots, casters, worms, sweet corn and pellets.
All baits work well on Fox’s Pool. Fish respond best to anglers who feed little but often.
Feeder fishing works well on Oak Pool. Fish respond well to pellet waggler or short pole rig during summer. Best baits include pellets, corn, and small cubes of meat with small balls of ground bait.
Waggler fishing works well on Orchard Lake. Most productive baits include luncheon meat, sweet corn and pellets. Carp anglers also use boilies.
Natural baits work well on The Bowl, but pellets and meat do well for the carp.
