Fishery Information
Bellbrook Trout Fishery is a well-known fishery in Devon and some say it’s also one of the prettiest. Its been consistently ranked in the top 30 trout fisheries in the UK by the fishing publication known as Trout Fisherman.
The fishery itself is set within a 40-acre valley just in the middle of Devon and Somerset. If you are not catching fish then there is a good chance you will spot foxes, badgers, deer or some other form of wildlife. It’s a great place to get away from modern-day life as it is a fishery known for its peacefulness.
What size do the fish go to?
The record rainbow trout is 25lb
Goldies – 14lb
Brownie – 7lb
Blue – 8lb
What tactics work well?
The Gold Headed Damsel Nymph is one of the most recommended flies to try.
What facilities are on site?
As it’s a glamping site there are all the facilities you will ever need.
