This 3-acre venue used to be a trout fishery and is a popular match venue. There are 41 pegs on site, which are spaced 12 metres apart to give visitors plenty of room.

What size do the fish go to?
This lake holds common and mirror carp to 22 lbs., bream to 3 lbs., skimmers and roach to about 1 lb. 8 oz., tench to 4 lbs., chub to 3 lbs. and barbel to 7 lbs.
What tactics work well?
Either fishing close into the margins or out to the islands work well on this lake. Fishing a waggler on light tackle close to one of the islands while feeding caster or maggots little and often is one of the most effective means of building a decent catch during the winter season.
