Fishery Information
As of March 24, 2021, Blakemere Fishery has been acquired by new owners and not available for fishing.
This fishery is home to over 200 beautiful English fish and is known to have specimen carp up to 33 lbs., tench to over 10 lbs., eel, perch, pike, roach and rudd. It has 11 fish in the 30-lb. mark and 35 fish over the 25-lb. mark.
This 8-acre carp fishing venue offers Northwestern anglers the opportunity to fish in a peaceful and uncrowded countryside with idyllic views and developing wildlife. It aims to provide the ultimate fishing experience in Shropshire and the Northwest to match, specimen and pleasure anglers alike. Its depth reaches up to 12 feet and is surrounded by large reed beds and sets of lily pads.
Please note that this is not an easy water to fish on, with 1 fish a trip considered to be a result.
