Fishery Information
Situated in a parkland of a beautiful estate, Borde Hill Fishery is a private fishing syndicate fishery run by members. Day tickets are not available for this venue because they require annual memberships.
This venue is open all year round and allows night fishing for members.
Robertsmere, the main lake, is an excellent carp fishery with huge numbers of fish to 12 lbs.. There are also larger specimens that reside in this lake and they weigh up to 20 lbs.. Other species available in this water include roach, perch to 5 lbs, eel, rudd and chub.
The smaller lake above Robertsmere contains carp, silver fishing and small tench.
What size do the fish go to?
Carp go up to 20 lbs and perch to 5 lbs..
What tactics work well?
Pole, float, feeder and fly fishing work well. Legering and use of floating baits are also popular methods.
