Found near Romford, Essex, Brook Farm is a coarse-type fishery, stocked with bream, carp, Rudd, roach, and Tench. In terms of size, the fishery stands at 2 acres – plenty of room for enthusiast anglers. There are no convenience or tackle stores nearby, so better come fully prepared.
The fishery is only 25 minutes away from London. Most importantly, it is equipped with stainless steel swims – 40 of them, to be exact. They provide anglers with a safe fishing platform.
Beginners can rely on a coach for some basic training and explanation, if needed. It would be required, as the fishery features certain bait restrictions – for example, barbed hooks are not allowed. With a depth of maximum 14 feet, the lake hosts Mirror, Crucian, and Ghost Carp as well.

Bream, Rudd, Roach, and Tench can weigh as much as 12lbs.
Large Carp of up to 32lbs.
What tactics work well?
Maximum two rods per angler (£7 for one, extra £2/3 for the second).
As known for coarse fishing, the best baits are worms, bread, sweetcorn, and maggots. For increased chances of Carp capture, bring boilies.
The smaller fish, such as Tench, Roach, and Rudd, are keen on Jiggly flies, whereas Bream are best caught when using smaller hooks.
