Fishery Information
Brookbank is one of Jodrell Bank Anglers’ most popular lakes as it offers superb fishing all year round. It’s only a small lake but has 22 pegs all of which are well maintained and looked after.
In this lake you can find a really good mix of fish, but nothing massive as it’s not a lake for specimen carp anglers. There are tench, big bream, crucian carp, chub, perch, roach and rudd. There’s also carp to low double figures.
What size do the fish go to?
There’s nothing that big with carp to low double figures.
What tactics work well?
Simple rod and line tactics or pole fishing works well on here. Start feeding maggots or try sweetcorn on the hook.
What facilities are on-site?
There are no facilities on site.
Is parking available?
Yes, you can park in the main car park or on one side of the lake you can park behind your peg.
