Fishery Information
Bussells Farm Fishery is set in the middle of the beautiful countryside in North Devon, around six kilometers from the city of Exeter. It is comprised of three lakes that are connected to one another, giving it a total water area of around 2.5 acres.
The depths of the lakes range from one to the next but they all make for a wonderful environment for a wide variety of fish. The most notable fish in the three lakes include carp, bream, tench, and a great number of different types of silver fish. Fishing is allowed on the lakes from sunrise to sunset every day of the year.
What size do the fish go to?
Carp up to 27lb, Bream and Tench to 7lb
What tactics work well?
Fishing the feeder with meat or sweetcorn on the hook
Float fishing, especially in the margins
