What size do the fish go to?
The lake holds a decent stock of fish with Carp, Tench and Bream being the main species. The fish in this lake grow up to respectable sizes, with Carp reaching up to 20lb, Tench up to 7lb and Bream up to 6lb. Roach and Rudd are also present, with specimens up to 2lb.
What tactics work well?
Various fishing tactics work well on this lake. Anglers have reported success using boilies, pellets, corn and maggots. Barbless hooks are mandatory, and landing nets must be used on all fish. Minimum ground bait is allowed, but bloodworm and joker are not permitted.
