Set in a stunning location in West Sussex, Chalksprings Fishery offers excellent fishing to the keen Trout angler. Interestingly, the Fishery was first established in 1984, with two fishing lakes on offer at the times. However, since then, the site has undergone much development and there are now a total of 5 lakes.
Each lake is approximately 5 acres in size. Additionally, the water is famously clear, making it ideal stalking territory. Also, there are long reeds and overhanging trees on location, which add to the serene feel of the area.
The waters boast a healthy stock of both Brown and Rainbow Trout, which are restocked on a regular basis.
What size do the fish go to?
Both Brown and Rainbow typically weigh between 6 and 9 lbs. However, it is not uncommon to land catches in double figures, with larger species even exceeding 20lbs.

What facilities are on site?
Clean and accessible toilet facilities are open to visitors.
