Chilham Mill Information
Located in Canterbury, Kent, Chilham Mill Estate is a 26-acre spring fed lake with an average depth of 8ft. There are a total of 32 swims, all offering a variety and unique range of fishing features.
State of the art aeration systems ensure that dissolved oxygen levels are kept high, meaning that fish are well fed all year round. There is a stock of over 400 Carp as well as a healthy number of Pike.
What size do the fish go to?
There are 12 known Carp over the 40lb mark. There are more than 90 Carp hitting weighing in at over 40lbs, as well as Pike going up to 35lb.
What tactics work well?
Using the feeder with sweetcorn or worms can bring tremendous results when seeking out Carp. In the warmer months, it is also recommended to use Pellets and boilies.
