Fishery Information
Cromwell Lake is a lovely 18 acre lake in mature, peaceful surroundings and can be found just off the A1 in Newark.
This lake has so many features with gravel bars, silty areas, and overhanging trees. As well as fishing there’s so much wildlife to keep you entertained when you are fishing.
This is a family run lake and it was decided that in 2004 they would become a specimen carp venue. They aim to provide you with a safe and secure environment to fish in and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What size do the fish go to?
There are carp over 40lb and at least 40 fish over 30lb. The guys here really care about their fish stocks and hand pick their fish.

What facilities are on site?
One peg has been specially designed for the disabled angler with car and wheelchair access.
There is always a member of staff on site.
There is a barrow you can use to move your gear to your swim.
The lodge is open 24/7 with toilets, showers, phone chargers, wifi, microwave, fridge/freezer.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available with CCTV over the car park.
