Crowsheath Fishery is a award-winning Fishery located at the heart of Essex. This is one of the largest Fisheries set in 110 acres of picturesque countryside with wildlife.
Home to 4 Lakes – Specimen Lake, Crowsnest Lake, The Carp Canal, Pleasure Lake.
Specimen Lake has two islands at the centre of the lake. 24 Spacious Pegs. 15 are Single Swims and 8 are Double Swims.
Crowsnest Lake – stocking has been and is currently undergoing work for the swim layout.
The Carp Canal – Old lake is currently undergoing work.
The Pleasure Lake is perfect for new anglers. Stocks of Carp, Bream, Roach.
What size do the fish go to?
Carp to 40lbs+
Catfish to 90lbs+
Pike to 20lbs+
What tactics work well?
Two/Three Rods.
Barbless and micro-barbed hooks only
No beach casting methods
No tiger, peanuts or maples
Specimen Lake – Bait approach depends on the day you go there. During weekdays, single bait out is good. On the weekends, single hookbait can work. Tip any hookbait with a bit of Corn.
