Devon Road Lake is accessed through the main gate located next to No 73 Devon Road, Sutton at Hone DA4 9AA. Upon entering the gate, anglers will find themselves in the car park area. Access to the lake is across the public footpath and through a combination locked gate. Please note that special rules apply to this venue, and anglers must pay an additional supplement before being allowed onto the lake.
What size do the fish go to?
Devon Road Lake offers the opportunity to catch a variety of fish species, including many large carp that can reach weights of around 45lb. Anglers can also target bream weighing in double figures, as well as tench, pike, roach/rudd, and eels. The diverse fish population provides anglers with the chance to encounter some substantial specimens during their fishing sessions.

Anglers can access the venue through the main gate, park in the car park area, and then proceed to the lake through the public footpath and combination locked gate. However, please note that fishing is permitted during specific hours only, from 4 am to 10:30 pm, and all anglers must vacate the car park by 10:45 pm. As the venue is described as not easy, it is advisable that inexperienced anglers seek guidance or consider fishing at other locations suited to their skill level.
