The Pleasure Lake is a 0.75-acre land split into 2 sections with a bridge. This lake is suited for all kinds of anglers, especially for youngsters who are looking for catch their first carp. Large quantities of silver fish are present in this water. This is the venue’s match or all round lake that is well-stocked with bream, crucians, roach, rudd, perch, tench to 6 lbs. and carp to 12 lbs..

The Specimen Lake is a 2-acre land with 3 islands and beautiful reed lined banks and margins. It has 12 good-sized swims that are nicely spread around the lake. Please note that these swims require prior booking. There are numerous features to fish to in each swim, which include open water, margins, islands, clay spots, silt and gravel. There are up to 250 immaculate common, mirror, grass and ghost carp weighing up to over 35 lbs. present in this lake. This lake is also perfect for pike fishing during winter months. This lake, even though heavily stocked, is not an easy water.

Used to be a run-of-the-mill lake, the Traditional Lake has been transformed into a stunning crucian and tench lake. This water used to suffer with weed that made it almost unfishable. After 6 months of digging and remodeling, this water now has an average depth of 8 feet and boasts interesting holes, bars and reed beds. Main species present in this water include crucians and tench to 6 lbs..
