Fishery Information
Located in peaceful and beautiful Warrington, Grimsditch Mill Pool is a small water that holds bream, roach, tench, rudd, carp, golden orfe and catfish. Controlled by the Lymm Angling Club, this stillwater is best fished early morning or into dusk.
To get there, follow these directions. From the M6/M56/A50 intersection take the M56 towards Chester. Leave at junction 10 and at the roundabout take the A49 towards Whitchurch. Continue for about to the second turning on the right, Grimsditch Lane. Continue along Grimsditch Lane for about 600 metres until you reach Grimsditch Mill Pool. Park in the car park next to the pool, please ensure access to the cottage is kept clear.
Day and season tickets are available for this fishery.
What size do the fish go to?
Carp go to 22 lbs, catfish to 9 lbs, orfe to 5 lbs, grass carp to 4 lbs and bream to 3 lbs.
What tactics work well?
Popular baits include boilies, luncheon, mussels, maggots, worms, sweet corn and bread.

There is a car park and a cottage on site.
