Fishery Information
Located in the stunning location of Thorpe Abbotts, Norfolk, Highfield Fishery offers an excellent day’s sport to both the novice and more seasoned angler. The site comprises of three lakes, which are open for both day and night fishing. Day tickets start at £7 with night tickets being available from £24. It is important to note that night fishing must be pre-booked.
The waters are home to a variety of fishing features and boast a healthy selection of Carp, Bream, Tench, Roach and Chubb. Highfield Fishery is a staple for the Norfolk Angling community and is also held in high regard for being a family friendly venue.
What size do the fish go to?
Roach, Chudd, Bream and Tench tend to come in between 3-7lbs. Carp are frequently caught into the double figures, with larger fish reaching the 20lbs mark
What tactics work well?
Using a feeder with worms or sweetcorn has proven to be effective, especially for the larger Carp. Anglers might also wish to consider utilising pellets and boilies during the warmer months.
