Fishery Information
Jeagor Farm Lakes is a lovely, relaxing fishing venue in Suffolk. The fishery has three lakes, the Match Lake, Stock Lake and Specimen Lake. The Match and Stock lakes are perfect for beginners or those who fancy doing some match-style fishing. Of course, if you are fishing for leisure, these are also the perfect lakes for you. The Specimen Lake is where the big carp hang out and where most of the anglers visit during their time at the complex.
What size do the fish go to?
The fish on the Specimen Lake go to over 20lbs, the carp in other lakes go to about 17lbs. All of the lakes on site have a good head of roach, rudd, tench, bream and even a few barbel as well. So, there is plenty to catch at Jeagor Farm.
What tactics work well?
Many of the local anglers like to use boilies, luncheon meat and corn. Maggots also work well on this here. The fish are very used to Legacy Baits, though. This is a top-quality fishing bait, and it is made nearby, so it is well worth trying. Pellets are also widely used and successful here.
Most carp angling tactics will work on all of the lakes, but on the smaller lakes, a match approach is a really fun and exciting way of fishing.

No facilities at the moment, but the owner of this fishery is always improving it, so watch this space.
