If you are looking for an excellent site to catch impressive carp and pike, this venue is a nice choice for you. Located at peaceful and quiet Macclesfield, Knight’s Pool is a beautiful lake stocked with 30 carp that weigh between 10 and 20 lbs. on average. The current lake record is at 27 lbs. 8 oz. (carp). The water is also home to Jack pike, with 1 or 2 reaching the 15-lb. mark. The record for pike is currently at 20 lbs.. Roach fishing here is excellent during winter months. Other fish present in this water include crucian carp, gudgeon, perch, rudd, skimmber bream, and tench.
Night fishing is allowed only for Prince Albert Fishing Club members. Day tickets are available for this fishery and can be bought from Barlow’s of Bond Street Tackle, Smiths Bait & Tackle Garage and Pet Food Supplies and Fishing Tackle at Moss Lane.
