The LadyWood Lakes, which are located in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, has two bodies of water. The two are The Big Lake, which is a 10-acre gravel pit, and a shallower Back Bay Lake. The two lakes are connected by a large waterway.
Carp are the most prevalent fish species in both lakes. A large number of trees, including willows, alder, oaks, and birch, have been planted around the lake to provide shade. Fishing is only permitted from designated swims if you make a reservation and pay in advance.
