Fishery Information
Lakeside Fishery is a seven-acre nature preserve that has won numerous awards and is located in the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds. A lakeside cabin and a 30-foot static caravan with a view of the main lake are both available for rent on the premises of the fishery and campsite, which is approximately four miles east of Wragby and five miles west of Horncastle. In addition, there are camping areas available for tents, caravans, campervans, and motorhomes.
The Main Lake is a spring fed fishing lake that dates back over 100 years and is set in tranquil rural surroundings where you are able to catch a wide variety of species, including rudd, roach, bream, perch, chub, tench, carp, eel, and pike. it covers two acres and has 12 fishing pegs. The fishery is intended to be enjoyable for all anglers, from those specifically interested in catching specimen fish to those who simply want to fish in peace for the day.
The FRONT POND is equipped with 8 pegs and provides opportunities to catch tench, carp, bream, perch, roach, rudd, chub, ghost carp, and silver bream.
Gate opens at 7am and closes at 6pm and night fishing is only allowed with prior arrangement.

Main Lake: CARP (to 35 lbs), TENCH (to 10 lbs), BREAM (to 10 lbs), PERCH (to 4 lbs), ROACH, RUDD, & CHUB (to 3 lbs), PIKE (to 33lbs).
The Front pond: TENCH (to 5 lbs), CARP (to 14 lbs), BREAM (to 5 lbs), PERCH (to 4 lbs), ROACH & RUDD (to 1 1/2 lbs).
