It’s a popular local fishery covering 40 acres, which is small by Irish standards, yet it provides lively sport with a great mix of fish. It’s well-known for its wild carp, with the biggest caught weighing in at 17lb. Additionally, the lake is home to bream, hefty tench, hybrids, pike, perch, roach, and eels, promising action regardless of conditions and time of day.
