Fishery Information
This fishery is run by Newton-le-Willows Anglers Association.
Lyme and Wood Pools are two fisheries created by the association in partnership with Cory’s Environmental Ltd. They have transformed two derelict small ponds located behind Vista Rd into two well-sized fisheries.
Lyme Pool is the smaller of the two and offers 24 pegs for anglers to enjoy.
The fishery is home to a diverse range of fish species, including barbel, bream, chub, common carp, crucian carp, dace, eel, koi carp, mirror carp, perch, roach, rudd, skimmers, and tench.
Access to the fisheries does not require a key, but combination locks are used for entry.
Day tickets are not available for these fisheries as they are strictly for members only.
All anglers must carry their permit and photo ID at all times while fishing.

Fish Species: Barbel, Bream, Chub, Common Carp, Crucian Carp, Dace, Eel, Koi Carp, Mirror Carp, Perch, Roach, Rudd, Skimmers, Tench.
