Fishery Information
Located in Cheshire, Madeley Manor is a nice mixed fishery that has varying depths between 7 and 8 feet. It is home to stunning roach to over 2.5 lbs, carp to over 25 lbs, bream to over 7 lbs, tench, barbel, chub, crucian carp, rudd and perch.
To get there, follow these directions. Take the A525 Newcastle-under-Lyme to Woore Road out of Newcastle, past Keele University and Newcastle Municipal Golf Club. Follow the Keele Village By-pass until you see the turning for Madeley on your left-hand side. Do not turn left. Carry on the A531 to Betley. Go under the Motorway Bridge, and, within 150 yards the car park entrance is on your right hand side. Unlock the barrier and park your car. Re-lock the barrier when you go to the water, and the entrance gate to Madeley Manor is opposite the car park entrance on the other side of the road.
What size do the fish go to?
Carp go to over 25 lbs, roach to over 2.5 lbs and bream to over 7 lbs.
