Fishery Information
Mill Lodge Retreat in Essex is a stunning 6-acre compound comprising of a mature 3.8-acre estate lake with fantastic glamping and carping possibilities. There are over 323 fish in the lake, with carp dominating the stock.
Also available are two 40-pound fish, thirteen 30-pound fish, over one hundred fish at 20 pounds, and the remainder of our stock weighing between 10 and 19 pounds, amongst other species.
During the summer months, Canadian weed can be found in specific portions of the lake, but this can be readily conquered by employing the proper fishing techniques.
