Morehall Fly Fishing Club is a non-profit angling club that was formed in 2000. It was formed by fly anglers to keep fly fishing available on Morehall Reservoir and to keep the art of fly fishing alive. By joining Morehall Fly Fishing Club, you gain access to this amazing water and know that the money you provide the fishing club will go to making the water even better to fish. You can also learn fly fishing techniques from other members who have years of experience. So this is the perfect fly fishing club to join for anyone with any experience level.
What size do the fish go to?
In recent years, Morehall Fly Fishing Club has introduced trout to 6lbs into the reservoir. The average stamp of rainbow trout in the reservoir is about 3lbs. These are extremely hard fighting trout, though. To catch these on a fly rod is something that you’ll remember forever.
