The Birmingham Anglers Association Limited is in charge of the management of the Stillwater fishery known as Mythe Pool, which is located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. It is 600 meters long with 25 purpose built platforms situated along the eastern approach bank. Individual anglers are welcome to use the remaining portion of the pool.
Most famous for its coarse fishing, this body of water has depths ranging from 4 to 8 feet and is home to carp, bream, perch, tench, pike, eel, and roach as its primary fish species. The property owners have made accommodations to ensure access for people with disabilities. This location also offers the opportunity to fish during the night.
How to get here: At junction 1 of the M50, take the A38 south in the direction of Tewkesbury. Take a right turn when you see the sign for the Dawley Caravan Park, and then follow the signs to the pool. There is also an additional entry point available through Birds Meadow. When the conditions are right, motorists are welcome to drive their vehicles alongside the pool.
