Fishery Information
Norton Fishery is a trout farm and fly-fishing facility with a five-acre lake fed by a natural spring. Located in picturesque open pastoral scenery in Essex, this tranquil and secluded fishery has 22 casting platforms , and is surrounded by grass banks.
The lake is well stocked with blues, browns, and rainbows of varied sizes from 2lb upwards. It has depths that range from 3 to 5.5 meters, with deeper ruts that extend down to 8 meters across the lake.
There are a variety of fishing permits and books available, with catch and release permitted on all tickets once you have reached your daily bag limit. If you purchase many tickets at once, you can save money on ticket prices as well.
