One of the UK’s premier specimen fishing lakes, Par Fishery is home to carp to 40 lbs and catfish to over 100 lbs. This venue consists of 2 beautiful lakes, the Tillingham Lake and the Faraway Lake.
Also known as the Front Lake, Tillingham Lake is the first water you’ll see upon entering the venue. Approximately 4.5 acres, this lake has 14 good-sized swims and can accommodate up to 12 anglers. There are many features to fish to, including overhanging trees and an abundance of large thick reed beds.
Faraway Lake, which is also known as the Back Lake, is a more engaging water that has a record of almost 40 lbs. Covering 4 acres, this water is home to 80 to 100 fish and 6 swims to choose from. Just like the Front Lake, this water has a lot of features to fish to, such as overhanging trees and reed beds.
The swims on both lakes cater for the the largest bivvies on the market. The carp record on this venue stands at at 38 lbs and the catfish record is at 105 lbs. Other fish species include tench to over 11 lbs, roach, rudd and perch.
