Fishery Information
Located in Eaton Bray, Bedfordshire, Park Farm Fisheries is a tranquil location, offering no less than 3 lakes for both the novice and more seasoned angler.
The Moat is healthily stocked with a variety of coarse fish, Pike, Bream, Roach, and Rudd. This venue offers a prime spot for beginners, intermediates, and the more seasoned angler.
The New Leisure Lake offers ample stock of both Silver Fish and smaller Carp. Again, this area is ideal for anglers of any standard.
The Carp Lake is set on the far corner of the farm. The location boasts a healthy stock of larger Carp and is reserved for the more seasoned angler. A maximum of 7 anglers can participate at any one time.
Opening times are 7am-7pm 6 days per week (closed on Wednesdays). Tickets for the Moat and New Leisure lake start at £10 and over 65’s for £8. The Carp Lake must be pre-booked and costs £25 per session.
What size do the fish go to?
Smaller Carp come in at around 10lbs with larger catches of 30lbs frequently reported. Bream weigh in at around 3lbs as well as a healthy quantity of Tench in the 12lbs region.
What tactics work well?
Anglers report that using the feeder with sweetcorn or worms is beneficial. In the warmer months, using pellets and boilies may help to entice the larger carp.
What facilities are on site?
The fisheries centres around a bait shop. As well as clean and accessible toilet facilities, there is on-site stabling, livery, and an airfield.
