Set in a steep sided valley surrounded by woodlands just outside Newquay, Porth Reservoir is a mature lake with overhanging tree lines and large beds of lily pads. It is home to carp to 34 lbs, rudd to 2 lbs, bream to 12 lbs, roach to 2 lbs, pike to 24 lbs and perch to 5 lbs.
This water produces great sport for pleasure anglers. Match bookings are available and match weights up to 50 lbs are common.
