Camping, touring caravans, holiday statics, boat moorings, and fishing are just some of the activities to enjoy at Proctor’s Park, a large site located in the county of Leicestershire, in the Soar valley next to the river. The facilities at the site are extremely simple, but there is plenty of room to stretch out and take in the beauty of the Leicestershire countryside.
From the break of dawn until after the sun has set, anglers can cast their lines into the lakes and the river Soar. Day tickets can be purchased at the entrance gate for a price of three pounds for each assembled rod.
In addition to the fees for day fishing and overnight stays, night fishing costs £3 per assembled rod. Those interested in night fishing are required to make reservations in advance through the Park office.
