Surrounded by beautiful hills and mature trees, Ramsden Wood Fishery is a large dam located near Walsden. Open all year round, this 1.5-acre members only mixed fishery has 8 permanent pegs and is home to a good variety of fish including bream, carp, chub, ide, gudgeon, perch, roach, rudd and tench.
Night fishing is not allowed on site.
To get there, follow these directions. Turn onto Ramsden Wood Road on the opposite side of Rochdale Road from Gordon Riggs Garden Centre in Walsden. Take the narrow left turn up the hill away from the new housing estate.
