Reedsmire Pond, located at Cooper Bridge Road in Mirfield, is a Stillwater run and maintained by Mirfield AC Club Waters, comprised of an ever-expanding group of proactive and eager anglers. The pond provides a safe haven for numerous species of birds, making it an ideal breeding area.
Reedsmire was stocked with 500 small Tench in 2014, and it is known to have Roach, Perch, Skimmers, and the occasional Carp. Only the official parking lot on the left is open for use, and within that lot are two parking platforms designed specifically for those with preferential disability use.
Keep to the walkways and only fish from the allocated pegs. Do not create any additional fishing pegs or cause any damage to the surrounding vegetation in any manner.
