Located in the beautiful Cumbria countryside, River Ehen is situated in Ennerdale and flows from Ennerdale Water. This water supports the largest viable population of freshwater mussels left in England, majority of which are adults. Atlantic Salmon is also present in this water, which can live up to 13 years, grow up to 1.5 meters and weigh up to 40 kilograms.
