Located in tranquil and idyllic Cambridgeshire, Rookery Waters comprises 5 beautiful fishing lakes that offer excellent angling experience to visitors.
Built in 2001, Rook was originally a water storage reservoir. It has a surface area of 1 hectare and a depth of 4 metres. This lake features a shallow margin shelf that formed naturally over the years.
Created in 2003, Magpie is a purpose-built lake that has a surface area of 1 hectare. It has an irregular shape and features 2 islands.
Built in 2006, Jay is a match lake that was designed for pole fishing. It has a width of up to 15 metres and a shape that forms a loop.
Dug out in 2014, Jackdaw is home to silverfish to 5 lbs. Boasting 5 pegs, this water is a favourite among beginner anglers.
Raven is a new 30-peg canal-style lake that is 13 metres wide. It has evenly spaced pegs, each of which has nearby car parking spaces. Fish species present include carp, tench and brown gold fish, all up to 4 lbs.
