Fishery Information
Situated in the stunning surroundings of Windsor, Berkshire, Royal Berkshire Fishery comprises of three lakes and is an ideal location for both beginners and the more seasoned angler.
Lake 1 is the specimen lake. It is healthily stocked with Carp, Roach, Perch and a variety of other species.
Lake 2 is a mixed fishery. This spot is ideal for beginners as it holds a large number of Perch, Roach, Skimmers and Bream. Large Carp have also been landed here on occasion.
Lake 3 is the match lake. It hosts a healthy number of larger Carp, as well as Perch, Roach, Skimmers and Bream.
A one rod standard ticket costs £10. Tickets for the elderly and juniors start at £6.
What size do the fish go to?
There are considerable of large Carp that consistently weigh between 25lbs and 30lbs. Perch, Roach, Skimmers and bream often come in between 2lbs and 3lbs
What tactics work well?
Standard tactics are effective. However, no floating baits, braid, bread, loose fed boilies, lures or dropshotting are permitted. Fish are to be returned to the water as soon as possible.
What facilities are on site?
There is an on-site tackle and bait shop, as well as a café which serves freshly prepared food and a range of hot and cold beverages. Clean and accessible toilet facilities are also available on location.
