Fishery Information
Relaxing and idyllic, Ryton Pools is a members only fishing venue. Fishing on site is only available for the members of the Royal Lemington Spa Angling Association. Memberships can be purchased from the bailiffs at Jubilee Pools, local tackle shops and the Visitor Centre at Ryton Pools.
This beautiful water is home to stunning crucian carp, mirror carp, common carp, roach, perch, tench to over 5 lbs and pike to over 20 lbs.
Night fishing is not allowed on site. Meat and corn tins are prohibited.
What size do the fish go to?
Pike go to over 20 lbs and tench to over 5 lbs.
What tactics work well?
Pike respond well to dead baits. Float fishing the margins can bring good bags of perch, roach, rudd and tench. A good groundbait with maggots, pellets, worm or bread works well, too. Fishing with a feeder is effective early in the year, but waggler is best during summer months.
What facilities are on site?
On-site facilities include disabled access, a café, toilets and car parking.
