The 1-acre lake is situated within a 3-acre plot surrounded by farmland and fields. Its rich diversity of substrates – from weed, silt, gravel, clay to lily pads – offers a challenging yet rewarding fishing experience. The lake has 5 purpose-built swims and is stocked with approximately 40 hand-picked homegrown Carp, the largest weighing over 35lb.
What size do the fish go to?

What tactics work well?
