Fishery Information
Sopley Lake can be found on Sopley farm. It is a former gravel pit and is about 10 acres in size. It used to be run by an angling club but it’s now privately owned by the farm and is available to fish on a day ticket.
The fishing here is peaceful and the surroundings are very nice. There are big carp in here, up to 30lb but there’s also some decent bream to 7lb and decent roach that have been caught to 2lb 8oz.
It’s the perfect lake for both specimen and pleasure anglers.
Camping and staying in yurts are 2 accommodation options available here.
