The Wrexham-based Stamford Way Fisheries is a new fishery that opened its doors in 2020. Due to extensive carp and other species stocking by the owner, it is possible to catch bags of carp weighing up to 100 pounds.
There is little information available about the catch, but anglers report that it is a well-maintained location with good fishing. The lake has nice flat pegs with plenty of space, as well as being easily accessible by the disabled.
