Fishery Information
Old Mill Lakes can be found in the Lincolnshire Wolds and offers a lovely, safe, quiet environment for people to fish in. This really is one of the most fantastic specimen carp fisheries in the country.
Here you will find 4 lakes – Birch, Willow, Oak and Alder.
These all contain massive specimens, but Birch has the biggest carp with the record being 62lb.
To fish here you have to book on my prior arrangement and the prices are not cheap. When we took a look some went up to £1500 for a week’s fishing. However, if you want to catch a fish of a lifetime then this is what you will need to pay.
There is a fishing lodge on Alder lake which you can stay in.

What tactics work well?
As the fish are big here, it’s going to take a lot of patience. There are YouTube videos that are worth checking out which show you some of the best tactics to try.

Toilet and shower facilities are available.
