Fishery Information
The picturesque Kent countryside is home to Tricklebrook Fishery, which features two specimen lakes totaling 4 acres each and a match lake measuring 1 acre. The fishery has been around since 1996, and it continues to expand to the point that it is frequently highlighted in fishing magazines.
The fishery is most known for their resident huge carp, SUGAR and ARTHUR, which typically weigh up to 40 pounds each. The lakes have been exceptionally supplied with a comprehensive array of coarse fish species.
As a result, anglers of all various types will find the fishing to be exciting and satisfying to their demands. Large Carp, Perch, and Catfish as well as Roach, Grass Carp, and Tench can be found in this body of water.
What size do the fish go to?
The fishery has a healthy supply of a wide range of fighting-fit carp weighing up to and even more than 30 pounds each. You can catch a number of species in the main specimen lake, including carp that weigh in at over 20 pounds, as well as over a dozen fish that weigh in at over 30 pounds, and even a couple of carp that weigh in at over 40 pounds.
In addition, there are catfish weighing more than 30 pounds and perch weighing up to 6 pounds. The match lake open to novice anglers and float anglers is also well stocked with a variety of fish species that may weigh up to 28 pounds each.
