Fishery Information
Twenty Foot Drain is a fishing facility set in the town of Somersham in the county of Cambridgeshire. It has a total length of 6.48 kilometres and begins at the Old Nene, just outside of March, and runs northwards towards Peterborough.
The fishery is very popular for its pike fishing, which can produce fish weighing more than 25 pounds. Tench, bream, and roach fishing, not forgetting zander are the other species in the fishery.
The Twenty Foot is open to the public for the most part, but it is under the control of the Whittlesey Angling Association.
