Fishery Information

Waterfarm Fishery offers mixed course day fishing and overnight tickets on a pre-booking basis only. The fishery also features new huts on Arthur’s Pond, providing four single huts on the scaffolding side, available for booking. Swims can be booked for one or two people as huts are positioned next to each other. An important note for new customers is that they must fish Arthur’s runs water and meet the owner or bailiff before being invited to fish in Bernard’s specimen water. Also, all children must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 14 are free of charge when learning how to fish or bit bashing, however, experienced children who are carping will be charged half the adult cost.

What size do the fish go to?

In the specimen lake, Bernard’s Pond, carp have been reported to weigh up to 30lb.

What tactics work well?

As a mixed course fishery, a variety of tactics would work well here depending on the species being targeted. As carp up to 30lb have been reported, carping tactics would be especially relevant in Bernard’s Pond.

What facilities are on site?

The fishery provides a number of facilities including new single huts on Arthur’s Pond that can accommodate either one or two people. These huts are next to each other, allowing for shared fishing experiences. It’s also important to note that cash payments are accepted at this fishery.
