Fishery Information
Anglers of all levels of experience who are looking to spend their vacation fishing in Cornwall will find that the Waterside coarse fishing lakes offer an experience that cannot be topped. It is a retreat of calmness set in the center of more than 100 acres of parkland, making it one of the largest parks in the area.
The two lakes that make up the fishery are well stocked with 12 different species of fish. These fish include common and mirror carp that are in the double digits, as well as quality roach, rudd, bream, and tench. The lakes are exceptional in their magnitude and maturity.
Free fishing is available to all members and residents at the lakes’ well-spaced pegs. A day ticket comes with a price tag for non-residents.

The lake record for mixed catches is 156 pounds, and the average catch weight is 50 pounds.
