Fishery Information
Located at the beautiful market town of Malton, Welham Lake is a beautiful spring-fed 5.5-acre lake set in 18 acres of woodland. Regarded as Yorkshire’s premier day ticket carp fishery, this lake is heavily stocked with carp to over 26 lbs, tench to over 10 lbs and rare eels to over 4 lbs. There are 12 bookable pegs on site.
This fishery may not hold the biggest fish but it offers excellent fishing experience in a beautiful setting. Additionally, it also provides great facilities and services to anglers.
Membership is free but registration is required.
