Fishing enthusiasts can find enough of species to choose from at the 3.5-acre stillwater coarse fishing lake located at Wheal Grey near Germoe in Cornwall’s Helston district.
The lake used to be a clay pit, and its depths can reach up to 45 feet. It is an excellent area to fish despite being somewhat weedy and overgrown with vegetation. The fish species in the lake includes rudd, roach, bream, carp, perch, tench, gudgeon, and eels.
